Paint & Sew a Wall Hanging

Scribble & Sew are proud to offer this unique 5 hour paint & sewing workshop. A timeless craft reinvented, learn how to create an abstract wall hanging through painting and free-motion embroidery.

You will begin by painting some background shapes onto your piece of fabric. Once you've painted your background, we will take a 1 hour break for lunch and return to proceed with the next step - sewing.

Free-machine or free-motion embroidery is a technique used to build embroidery landscapes, textures and drawings. Your hands will move the material around, creating shapes and texture to your artwork.
